I have no information on this other than Sega for some reason decided to sell it's own version of the wondermega. As to any differences in bundling of software, or features, I have no information.

I have never seen or owned the Sega Wondermega.

Ideas about numbers made or the rarity versus the JVC is in debate, I feel the Sega is probably less common.
