The card comes with two software CDS. The top one is the support and documentation for the card. A starter kit full of tools and documentation. I'm not aware of any update CDs, but it seems logical that there are a few others around. The information I have from Japanese websites points to a large selection of official and amature made tools.

The bottom CD is a disc that has a concept similar to "Click and Play", RPG School, and Fighter Maker. It's a base engine that can be changed with some effort (No programming is ever easy) into you own game. The ability to get experience and learn about the basics is the idea. Unfortunately, I don't have a PC98 yet (On the way), so I can't try to run the demos I've been collecting off of Japanese sites.
