A lot of 8-bit clones try to make themselves look more modern. Box art from playstation and saturn are really common. The new ones have dreamcast graphics, but no PS2 yet, I guess it's too insulting, even for the pirates. Mostly found in third world or countries with no real copyright protection, clones turn up in really strange locations. This one came out of africa. Check out the packaging below, it's a riot. NEW DESIGN 1997!!!!! well it's 2002..... hmm
